OUR MISSION

We exist to help teens be rooted and built up in Christ Jesus with Thanksgiving.

Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.

Colossians 2:6-7

Frequently Asked Questions

How are small groups separated?

Our small groups meet on Wednesdays from 7:30 PM to 8 PM. Groups are grade- and gender-specific to allow for more focused application and facilitate the building of stronger relationships among peers.

When do students move into youth group?

Students graduate to a new grade at our fall kickoff. This year’s move-up date is August 28th. Students who graduated 5th grade in the 2023-24 school year will be welcomed into youth group on August 28th.

Do you meet during the summer?

Yes! We keep a pretty consistent Wednesday schedule and sprinkle in a few off-campus activities on Sunday. Our schedule is posted on this website, the church website, and our private facebook page.

What is TEAMS?

TEAMS is our serving ministry. Students sign up for a specific area of service — TEAM — like Praise Band, AV Tech, Hospitality, or Games. TEAMS meet on Sunday nights (during the school year) where they learn these specific areas of ministry. Students are then equipped to use their skills to serve in our weekly youth meetings as well as the Sunday Morning Church service.

What is SWO?

SWO stands for Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters. It is the camp we attend in Andrews, NC. To learn more about SWO, visit their website swoutfitters.com.
